The late John Wooden, Hall of Fame coach for the U.C.L.A. Bruins once said “It’s the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.” It is that commitment to getting the little things right that sets us apart; things like:
- following your instructions on how to handle an order
- understanding your portfolio process and finding a research source that complements the process
- having your trades settle on time
- getting a monthly reconciliation to you early in the month
- paying a research provider in a timely manner
Standing alone, each of these “little things” may not be significant, but collectively “….they make big things happen.”
